The Dying In Dignity Special Interest Group seeks to explore the moral, ethical, social, legal, medical, religious, humanitarian and philosophical questions that arise concerning dying in dignity, and also to examine our own feelings, awareness and understanding of the dying process and develop a knowledge and sensitivity in our consideration of death and dying. The SIG and its News Journal has no flag to wave: these questions affect everybody and need to be explored from all sides; sincerely held views and articles against voluntary euthanasia are as welcome as those in favour. Contributions are by members of Mensa. Comments on any aspects of the News Journal are welcome.
If you are not a member of Mensa and would like to subscribe to DIDMSNJ, contact Mensa in your home country to arrange an entrance test. If you are unsure about whether you are likely to qualify, a confidential home assessment can usually be arranged.
